Shooting Locations
We shoot in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas. It can be anyplace such as your favorite park or club, or we can suggest any of the beautiful areas that the Metroplex has to offer.

One popular option is a photo shoot in one of the many historic town squares in the area. These locations provide a sense of history and a depth of time to an image that is truly unique.

In general, natual light photography looks best when captured in the mid-morning or late afternoon light. We can supplement natural light with reflectors or artificial lighting (continuous and fill flash), but it's best to start with the highest quality natural light and work from there.

We prefer to book the mid-morning times first so that if we don't get all of the desired shots in that timeframe, we can pick up again in the afternoon light.

Because of this we reserve noon time appointments for studio or enclosed location photography such as green screen VFX (Visual Effects) shots or for events that are prescheduled for a particular time, such as equine arena shoots or corporate events.

Photography Rate Card
Our photography services are offered in two different forms: hourly pricing and event pricing.

Image delivery is offered in a variety of forms: standard photographic prints, speciality surface prints (such as metallic and canvas), product prints (such as mugs, mousepads, sticker sheets, etc.), and digital files via download or CD/DVD.

Hourly Photography
Travel Fee:  $45.00 for travel to areas outside of the immediate Aubrey, Pilot Point, Tioga area.
Hourly Rate:  $125.00/hr (minimum 1 hour). This rate includes:

  • General photo editing for adjusting exposure, brightness and contrast, color balance, and removal of minor wrinkles and blemishes for portraiture work. If required, more detailed editing is available for an additional fee that is evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • A password protected, online photo gallery for viewing proofs and ordering prints.


Event Photography
Travel Fee:  $45.00 for travel to areas outside of the immediate Aubrey, Pilot Point, Tioga area.
Event Rate:  Events start at a half day rate of $400.00 for up to four (4) hours, or a full day rate of $900.00 for up to eight (8) hours. This rate includes:

  • General photo editing for adjusting exposure, brightness and contrast, color balance, and removal of minor wrinkles and blemishes for portraiture work. If required, more detailed editing is available for an additional fee that is evaluated on a case by case basis.
  • A password protected, online photo gallery for viewing proofs and ordering prints.
*** Half day bookings that exceed four (4) hours will have additional hours billed at $125.00/hr.
*** Full day bookings that exceed eight (8) hours will have additional hours billed at $125.00/hr.


Image Delivery
Standard Photographic Prints are offered in three different finishes: Matte, Glossy, and Lustre.

  • 4x6 prints start at $3.19/ea
  • 5x7 prints start at $3.79/ea
  • 8x10 prints start at $4.99/ea

  • Matte is a more muted finish, and prints will appear darker than Glossy or Lustre. Printed on Kodak Edge paper.
  • Glossy is a shiny finish and prints appear brighter than Matte. Printed on Kodak paper.
  • Lustre is a premium finish on a heavier paper. It offers the vibrant colors of glossy with the fingerprint-resistant finish of matte. Printed on Kodak Supra Endura paper

Metallic Photographic Prints
  • 4x6 metallic prints start at $3.66/ea
  • 5x7 metallic prints start at $4.36/ea
  • 8x10 metallic prints start at $6.30/ea
